appreciate all the work Cheryl has done to ensure our ability to get out
all the permits for this month. I had 70 permits for Palma Sola Trace
and 7 for Founders Club. There were more permits for Linda as well. We

Byron,
I want to thank you so very much for taking time to come to my
home and review my water problem. You were very kind to do such
a professional job. It is a shame that my options are so
limited, but I feel comfortable that you agree with my problem
solving steps. I will be finished with the french drain
tomorrow and next week I'm beginning to put up the gutters.
After that, I'll do as you suggested and wait and see! Once
